The 7th edition of IdeaJAM

2019 is near the end, but we still have a few events to go, such as IdeaJAM. We had the 7th edition a couple of weeks ago and not to brag about it, but we had 12 awesome ideas. People were super creative about their soon to be businesses. 

Short recap about what IdeaJAM is and what’s happening in 3 hours: tech junkies gather up to present their innovative ideas (soon to be revolutionary), get feedback about it, then talk & socialize with the ones who are looking for an idea to join. Practically, it’s a win-win for everyone, because we’re trying our best to help everyone meet their match, so that idea can transform into a palpable prototype.

And to quote Freddie Mercury: “The show must go on”. And it did! Alongside with our jury: Tiberiu Stoian, Razvan Mereuta, Iulia Tonu and last but not least, Alin Burlacu. These people helped the teams think of possibilities they never thought before. It is truly amazing seeing people helping other people grow their ideas and supporting them. One good advice can change the whole perspective you’ve been stuck on and at IdeaJAM, we’re all about feedback, progression, innovation & implementation.

Let’s take a moment to acknowledge the diversity of the ideas. From a gin distillery to a smart platform which generates personalized memes. You heard that right! Memes! Millenials are ready to take over the world. Just imagine those well-structured pitches alongside a presentation with visuals and analyzes. These people are ready to make a change in the world, so we decided to boost them up and offer them a matchmaking.  This way those who wanted to help a team pursuing their dreams had the opportunity to chit-chat and get to know better.

The winners

We will always encourage people to join us at the events to present their ideas. Even when you’re not winning a prize, you’re gaining experience and good advice that might make you see your idea from a different perspective. Never give up and always strive for progress.
